Certified Holder

All Metro Areas · Full-Time / Part-Time

Wear clients' Whoop devices during training sessions, competitive events, and daily activity windows. Maintain consistent biometric output aligned with assigned Score Preferences. Adhere to all device handoff protocols and chain-of-custody documentation requirements.

Requirements:

  • D1 collegiate athletic background or equivalent competitive experience
  • Consistent 70%+ recovery baseline over trailing 90-day period
  • Clean background check and biometric discretion oath
  • Ability to wear up to 3 devices simultaneously without detection
  • Willingness to sign a comprehensive non-disclosure agreement

Compensation: $25–65/hr based on tier assignment and strain target complexity

Senior Biometric Discretion Engineer

Remote · Full-Time

Build and maintain our proprietary score normalization algorithms. Ensure Holder-generated biometric data seamlessly integrates with client profiles without triggering anomaly detection on the Whoop platform. Develop and refine calibration protocols that account for physiological variance between Holder and Member baselines.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in signal processing, physiological modeling, or biometric data systems
  • Deep familiarity with wearable sensor architectures and PPG data pipelines
  • Experience with data obfuscation techniques (academic or applied)
  • Strong opinions on heart rate variability normalization, loosely held

Compensation: $185,000–$240,000 + equity

Holder Talent Acquisition Specialist

San Francisco · Full-Time

Source, vet, and onboard elite athletes into the Holder Network. Manage the full recruitment pipeline from initial outreach through 90-day probationary holding period. Maintain strict quality standards across the Holder roster while scaling to meet demand in underserved metro areas.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in talent acquisition, athletic recruitment, or sports management
  • Comfortable evaluating VO2 max reports, resting heart rate trends, and recovery consistency data
  • Experience conducting discreet reference checks in sensitive professional contexts
  • Ability to identify and recruit high-performing athletes who value confidentiality above public recognition

Compensation: $120,000–$155,000 + equity

Lifestyle Narrative Consultant

Remote · Contract

Develop personalized talking points, workout terminology banks, and plausible training schedules for Premium and Elite members. Craft compelling and internally consistent fitness narratives that align with each client's social context, professional environment, and publicly stated wellness goals.

Requirements:

  • Background in creative writing, sports journalism, or competitive improv
  • Fluency in contemporary fitness culture, biohacking terminology, and wellness influencer vernacular
  • Ability to produce narratives that withstand casual cross-examination at dinner parties and corporate offsites
  • Portfolio of published work or equivalent demonstration of narrative construction ability

Compensation: $95–$150/hr based on narrative complexity tier

Director of Secure Logistics

New York · Full-Time

Oversee the national network of tamper-evident device handoff locations. Manage chain-of-custody documentation across all active Holder-Member pairings. Ensure zero-incident device transfer operations while scaling secure drop point infrastructure to support geographic expansion.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience in high-value asset transport, secure courier services, or diplomatic logistics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage distributed physical security infrastructure
  • Familiarity with tamper-evident packaging standards and chain-of-custody best practices
  • Security clearance preferred but not required. Discretion non-negotiable

Compensation: $175,000–$220,000 + equity
